Assistant Controller
Salary: 120,000-140,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and cash management functions
• Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements
• Manage ERP systems (Great Plaines) and optimize financial workflows
• Oversee audits, compliance, and internal controls

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required
• Great Plaines Experience
