Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Oversee general ledger and cost accounting activities
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and margins
Partner with operations to drive cost savings initiatives
Own and support the budgeting and forecasting process
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX
Assist with audits and continuous process improvements

What They’re Looking For
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
Manufacturing or cost accounting experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of financial reporting + internal controls
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
CPA or CMA is a plus
