Assistant Controller
Our growing client has an immediate need to add an Assistant Controller to their accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory reporting, internal controls, and budgeting
- Manage all aspects of accounting for multiple entities
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly management reports and financial schedules for various company and subsidiary activities
- Prepare monthly branch financial statements and coordinate distribution
- Maintain all aspects of the general ledger
- Cash Management
- Assisting with the budget process
- Identify and correct inaccuracies in the company' financial records
- Work cross functionally with various departments
- Supervise 4 direct reports but manage others as the department grows
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA is required
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting preferably with highly acquisitive businesses
- 3+ years of management experience and natural leadership skills.
Salary up to $125,000.00 per year plus 10%-20% bonus, excellent benefits, and generous PTO program
