What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor accounting staff
- Drive and manage the month-end close process
- Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including analysis and reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and help implement process improvements
- Manage key accounting functions including revenue recognition and lease accounting
- Oversee general ledger activity and ensure financial integrity
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support cash management and financial operations
- Partner cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years’ of progressive accounting experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal correspondence
