- Oversee day to day month end accounting functions for multiple funds, including GL activity, expense processing and maintenance of the accounting system.
- Review of fund NAV deliverables
- Review calculations of management fees, incentive/performance fees and others
- Manage external audit process
- Mange tax compliance on K-1 preparation
- Bachelors Degree Required
- CPA required
- 5+ years accounting within a hedge fund, asset management or investment company
- Knowledge of hedge fund investment strategies
