Job Details

We are seeking a business-minded Assistant Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, own monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy, while partnering closely with the Controller and operational leadership to drive profitability and financial performance. This person will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, KPI analysis, margin analysis, internal controls, audits, reporting packages, and scalable processes as the company continues to grow.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience
Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience preferred
CPA with public accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Strategic, hands-on operator with strong communication skills and the ability to partner with operations leaders
High ownership, urgency, and accountability
