Our Client, a Commercial contractor of interior systems, is seeking an Assistant Controller

Compensation: $120-$140K + 10% annual bonus

Job Details

While this position will initially operate as a Senior Individual Contributor, the expectations is that this candidate will ultimately assume supervisory responsibilities and oversee accounting staff as the company continues to grow

Requirements for the role:

• Strong construction accounting experience required
• Prior experience managing, supervising, or leading accounting staff is required, even though the role will not initially have direct reports.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, WIP schedules, overbillings/underbillings, and construction ERP systems.
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments.
• Committed to working fully on site in Orlando, FL
• Compensation: $120-$140K + 10% annual bonus
