Key Responsibilities (Assistant Controller):
• Direct day-to-day corporate accounting activities and oversee monthly close procedures
• Coordinate external financial reporting requirements, including SEC filings
• Provide expertise on technical accounting issues and support accounting policy initiatives
• Manage SOX compliance programs and strengthen internal controls
• Partner with leadership across departments to support financial planning and operational improvements
Qualifications (Assistant Controller):
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 5 years of accounting experience preferred
