Key responsibilities include:
\n
\n
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the month-end close process
\n
Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reporting
\n
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting processes, and system efficiencies
\n
Coordinate domestic and international tax filings and external audit activities
\n
Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
\n
Drive process improvements and participate in operational and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership
\n
Support the ongoing optimization of ERP and accounting systems
\n
\n
\n
Qualified candidates will have:
\n
\n
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
\n
CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred
\n
4+ years of accounting experience within public accounting or a mix of public/private industry
\n
Prior leadership or team management experience
\n
Strong ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills
\n
\n
\n
