DIRECT HIRE Assistant Controller opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter end and year-end close across multiple entities
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and consolidations
- Review and process journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance
- Coordinate and support audits and tax/stator compliance
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Drive process improvements and ERP/reporting enhancements
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing
- Multi-entity and consolidation experience
- Strong accounting and inventory background
- ERP Experience, Including QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Advanced Excel Skills
