Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role serves as their key business partner and oversees a team of 2–5 direct reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; aerospace, automotive, or similar industries are ideal.
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentation decks.
- Present financial results and business insights to executive leadership.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage and develop a small finance team.
