QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
  • 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and ERP systems
  • Experience with audits, internal controls, and corporate accounting operations

Preferred Skills:

  • CPA
  • ERP implementation, data tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, J-SOX, banking covenants, and internal controls
  • Assist with internal/external audits and maintain accounting policies
  • Support treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and insurance administration
  • Partner with Joint Venture stakeholders on reporting, compliance, and intercompany accounting
  • Supervise accounting staff and promote process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
