Assistant County Attorney

POSITION: ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY LOCATION: ULSTER COUNTY ATTORNEY"S OFFICE KINGSTON, ULSTER COUNTY, NEW YORK QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York and be in good standing. Minimum of four years of work experience in general legal practice or with a background in any or all of the following areas: litigation, family law, municipal law, real estate, bankruptcy, will however consider recent law school graduates who have been admitted to practice in the State of New York. Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts given special considerat ion. Special consideration will also be given to candidates with municipal law background. Skills and personality must be suitable for a small law office atmosphere. Health insurance and other benefits available through employment.
