The Assistant Coach/Junior Varsity/Freshman Coach supports student-athletes by providing a positive, safe, and rewarding interscholastic sports experience.
Qualifications include a valid Connecticut Coaching Permit and current First Aid/CPR certification or eligibility.
Reporting to the Athletic Coordinator and Principal, the coach plans practices, schedules contests, recommends equipment purchases, and maintains necessary records.
The role enforces safety, discipline, and sportsmanship, and ensures compliance with state laws and CIAC regulations.
