The Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration serve as the chief administrative and financial officer for the School/College and a key strategic partner to the Dean. This role provides leadership and oversight of financial planning, human resources, faculty administration, facilities operations, and strategic initiatives that support the schools academic, research, and operational mission. The Assistant Dean ensures the effective stewardship of financial and human resources, oversees administrative operations, and collaborates with university leadership to advance institutional priorities. This position works closely with the Dean, faculty leadership, and central administrative offices to develop long-term financial strategies, support faculty and staff success, and ensure operational excellence across the school.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). BU and SAP experience strongly preferred.
