JOB SUMMARY
The School of Business at the University of Connecticut invites applications for the position of Assistant Dean for Finance (ADF). This senior leadership role serves as the Dean's designee overseeing all fiscal management of the school, including human resources, information technology, facilities, and operational planning. Working collaboratively with the Associate Deans, Department Heads, and staff, the ADF ensures that these services are efficient, effective, and aligned with the mission and strategic goals of the School and the University. This position is based at the Storrs campus, but also covers School of Business operations and programs in Hartford, Stamford, and Waterbury. Occasional evenings, weekends, and in-state travel may be required.

This is a full-time, permanent, 12-month, management-exempt position with an anticipated start date in November 2026. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
