Key Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Dean of Students is responsible for data management, student supports, project management, and event planning. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) by assessing, designing, and executing individualized and group interventions for students
Support in the creation and maintenance of a school-wide 9th-12th Grade promotion tracker; share school-wide promotion tracker with pre-identified trends and areas of focus at a bi-weekly cadence
Create student and staff master schedules in conjunction with the Dean of Students
Ensure up-to-date and accurate transcripts
Support the Dean of Students with planning for and executing all school events to create culture and to celebrate student successes
Track community service and enrichment offerings, manage student process, and execute data recording procedures
Organize and execute Report Card Pickup, Night School, and Summer School
Influence school culture by executing school celebrations and award ceremonies
Execute Noble’s Community Pact with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically

Mastery of and enthusiasm for academic subject
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits
We strive to be the best place to work, and our employee
benefits are thoughtfully designed to support us in this ambition. Compensation for this position falls between $67,000 and $82,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range. A comprehensive compensation plan will include a competitive benefits package.
