Where you can THRIVE!The Assistant Dining Room Manager ensures that an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guest. The Assistant Dining Room Manager will provide hands on dining room management of all front of house serving staff. Our restaurant and cafe function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or cafe.Qualifications:Previous server and staff management experience in a restaurant-like settingProvide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staffParticipate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining ServicesResponsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experienceWork as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guestsThe Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
