Reporting to a Senior Associate Director, the Assistant Director, Annual Giving, is part of a team responsible for raising expendable gifts and tasked with increasing the participation rate to encourage ongoing philanthropic support. The Assistant Director is tasked with increasing the participation rate of, and total dollars given by, specific alumni segments. To achieve goals, the Assistant Director will coordinate leadership annual giving for Illinois and potentially an additional market via front line fundraising, prospect cultivation, solicitation, and recognition for particular alumni segments.

Target hiring range for this position will be $63,000 - $68,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
