Job Goal:
As a leader in the Marketing Department, the Assistant Director of Business Development is a seasoned sales and marketing professional responsible for setting the strategy and planning for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Region 4's various products, services, and offerings.
The ideal candidate is also responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, including building relationships with potential clients and partners, identifying emerging markets and trends, and ultimately pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position collaborates with other departments to reach sales goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation of best practices to engage and increase our customer base.
