The Opportunity
Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to support the Heights & Hills Caregiver Program as the Assistant Director. In this role, the Assistant Director helps ensure program compliance, strengthen staff engagement, and serve as a key partner to both the Caregiver Program Director and staff. Working closely with the Caregiver Program Director and staff, the Assistant Director supports the day-to-day operations of the Heights & Hills Caregiver Program, which serves caregivers in Brooklyn. The role also helps promote participation across program offerings and serves as a liaison to other agency programs, partner organizations, and the broader community in support of program activities and services.

Salary Range
The expected salary is $71,440 annually. This rate reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
