Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
- Determines reasonable accommodations.
- Provides appropriate resources and referrals to academic, developmental, physical and social needs.
- Ensures efficient and effective management of services.
- Develops policies, processes and procedures.
- Assists in developing and implementing plans and goals for Center for Educational Accessibility & Disability Resources (CEADR).
- Works with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
- Ensures compliance with federal regulations and university policies.
- Establishes program outcome assessments for the office (TracDat).
- Collects, analyzes, and disseminates student and program evaluation data.
- Conducts fact-finding and resolution of disability discrimination complaints in collaboration with the Director.
- Provides consultative assistance, training and/or technical support to students and faculty.
- Maintains complete case notes/records on all registered students interactions using OMS.
- Prepares correspondence and other documentation using MS Office.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
