If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoy multi-tasking, and have a knack for prioritizing and organizing your workload, Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home in Chippewa Falls is looking for you! We are currently hiring a full-time assistant director who is self-motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement for our assisted living and memory care residence.

As the assistant director, you will:

  • respond to any family and/or resident concerns
  • tour perspective families and/or residents
  • round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
  • conduct audits per CBRF registry
  • fill open floor shifts during the week, when necessary
  • participate in on-call rotation
  • maintain employee schedules
  • maintain attendance and payroll records
  • participate in recruitment and retention activities

Required Skills:

  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
  • computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
  • ability to organize and set priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • must be age 18+
  • previous employment in a caregiving role or at an assisted living facility
  • high school diploma or equivalency with additional education or work experience in a related area

Schedule Details:

  • full-time, M-F
  • on call every other week
