Soccer Shots Forsyth & Cherokee Counties is looking for a passionate Youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! We are essentially looking for someone who can become a great coach for us, then turn into a Program Director within a few months! What We Offer:

The Job:
- Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
- Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
- Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
- Engage each child individually during class
- Manage equipment and class roster
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Provide post-session feedback
- Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
Director Duties:
- Lead and grow the program overall
- Successfully hire a team of coaches and personnel in order to maintain a solid culture
- Sell our program to preschools and create public programs via parks, community centers, etc.
- Serve as the Program Manager. Handle customer and coaching issues as they arise
- Be the face of Soccer Shots FC. As the company grows, you grow!
