Position Function:
Responsible for the execution of the department's donor stewardship initiatives and directly supports event operations for M-Club, department-hosted, and Bulldog Club donor events. This position oversees game day experiences for Cristil Society members and other high-level donors, donor travel coordination, and baseball lounge and loft rentals programming. In addition, this position supports venue rental operations and signature events and other stewardship initiatives with the donor engagement team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Stewardship Execution
Execute all donor recognition and gifting as outlined in the department's overall stewardship plan based on giving level.
Assist premium seating team in ideating, ordering, packaging all suite holder gifts for football season and suite and loft holder gifts for baseball; coordinate with the premium seating team and AD's team on gift distribution and gift notes.
Assist with individual stewardship plans (ISPs), as requested.
Assist the Assistant Director of Donor Engagement and Experience with donor gift inventory process - inventory management, ordering, organization, and documentation in Salesforce, etc.
Cristil Society High-Level Donor Game Day Experiences
Oversee all game day experiences for Cristil Society members and other high-level donors.
Coordinate all communication, organization of check-in, staffing, etc. for the game day experiences.
Coordinate all logistics, hospitality, and execution to ensure a high-quality experience for all donors on game day.
Donor Road Trip Travel
Collaborate with principal giving team to place donors for away game travel
Communicate with football and basketball operations teams, for applicable road trips, to communicate required personal information for each donor.
Collaborate with football and basketball operations teams to produce donor travel packets for away game travel and coordinate with principal giving team to send to donors.
Provide scouting report to program operations teams to provide to head coaches and other applicable staff.
Assist in producing and updating donor scouting reports, as needed.
Department/Signature Events Support
Directly support event operations (scheduling, vendor coordination, etc.) for M-Club and department-hosted donor and stakeholder events including but not limited to:
Department-hosted reunions (in coordination with Letterwinner Engagement)
M-Club-hosted events (in coordination with Letterwinner Engagement)
Ring of Honor Weekends
Bulldog Club member events
Provide support for signature events in collaboration with Senior Director and donor engagement team.
Venue Rentals
Support venue rental operations in collaboration with the REVEL team including revenue tracking, cleaning invoicing, and rental agreements, as requested.
Schedule and provide on-site tours and walkthroughs of available athletics venues, as requested by the Senior Director.
Manage all special needs and requests for baseball lounge and loft game-by-game rentals or guests.
Oversee stocking and maintenance of the lounge with appropriate amenities.
Communicate with renters of baseball lounge for game-by-game rentals or guests.
Assist the premium seating team and AD's team with stocking the loft with appropriate amenities.
Provide support for rental events or premium operations, as requested by the Senior Director.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may supervise interns, volunteers, and student workers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in related field with one (1) year of experience in related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree and 2+ years of fundraising experience at an NCAA institution.
