What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Center Director to lead daily school operations
- Coach, mentor, and support teachers
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for families
- Maintain licensing standards and ensure program quality
- Support enrollment, retention, and overall school success
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in early childhood education (leadership experience preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for developing both children and team members
