Position Summary

The Assistant Director, Eliot Society Programs provides communications, benefits, project management, and operational support for the Eliot Society. This position coordinates member communications, benefits processes, materials and collateral, volunteer support, and recurring project timelines to help deliver a high-quality experience for Eliot Society members, volunteers, and campus partners.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Eliot Society member communications and digital engagement.

Manage member newsletter coordination, Marketing Cloud production, benefits communications, website updates, and other Eliot Society communications as needed.

  • Manage Eliot Society member benefits processes.

Oversee benefits reporting, renewal processes, deadlines, accuracy, issue resolution, and coordination with internal campus partners related to parking, Whittemore House, Sumers Recreation Center, and other member benefits.

  • Coordinate Eliot Society materials, collateral, and fulfillment.

Manage welcome packet coordination, acknowledgment materials, printed and digital collateral, inventory tracking, ordering, fulfillment, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate Eliot Society stewardship and fundraising support projects.

Support Giving Day coordination, post-event follow-up, tax letter processes, and other projects that help strengthen Eliot Society member engagement, renewal, and donor stewardship.

  • Manage recurring Eliot Society operational processes and project timelines.

Maintain the annual project calendar and key workback timelines for renewals, benefits, communications, stewardship, meetings, Giving Day, tax letters, welcome packets, and other recurring program cycles.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Eliot Society Programs and Executive Director, Eliot Society Programs.

Salary Range

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one''s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
