If you're passionate about leading people, improving facilities, and seeing the results of your work throughout the campus community, you'll find a rewarding career here.You'll earn $75,000-$80,000 per year and enjoy an exceptional benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, sick leave, 11 paid holidays, 8 weeks of paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, HSA/FSA options, Employee Assistance Program, relocation assistance, a free onsite fitness facility, and remarkable tuition benefits for employees and their families.There's a lot to love about this opportunity, so let's dive in.WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKEWorking Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, you'll occasionally assist with emergency situations that require evening or weekend support.In this Assistant Director of Facilities Operations position, you will supervise maintenance, custodial, and grounds personnel while coordinating facility repairs, construction projects, contractor activities, and campus improvement efforts. You will manage projects from planning and initiation through completion, including defining project scope, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within established requirements. You will manage work orders, help procure materials, establish preventative maintenance programs, support capital projects, ensure compliance with building and accessibility requirements, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
