Assistant Director Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Offering immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
- Assisting in the training of new hires and setting the tone for each shift
- Being a friendly and encouraging team player
- Opening and/or closing shifts as a key holder
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
