The Home Care Assistant Director assists the Director of Home Care with the daily management, coordination and documentation of the Home Care Field Supervisors; the Home Care Aides, the services provided to Home Care clients; the maintenance of all documentation required by SAILS Washington, Department of Health and AAA contracts, our contracts with the counties, and private pay clients; and is responsible for activities required for the promotion of SAILS Washington and Home Care Services in compliance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures,and in accordance with State licensing laws and regulations.
