Joseph & Mary''s Home (JMH), a Ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System is recruiting for a full-time Assistant Director (AD). The Assistant Director serves as the senior operational leader of JMH. Working in partnership with the Executive Director, the Assistant Director oversees organizational operations, staffing, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance to ensure the organization operates efficiently while delivering safe, high-quality medical respite services for adults experiencing homelessness.

Position Summary
As the Executive Director''s primary operational partner, this position develops and refines the systems, processes, and accountability measures that strengthen organizational performance, support staff, and advance JMH''s mission and long-term sustainability.
Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to the Executive Director.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision to designated operational and residential staff and organizational leadership across administrative and interdisciplinary teams.
