Job Title: Assistant Director, K-12 Delivery Specialist
Location: Remote
This is a fully remote role w/a 75% chance of travel and if/when do no more than 10% of the time.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented K-12 Delivery Specialist to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting the implementation of a county’s SAT and PSAT assessment program, serving as an escalation point of contact, and ensuring successful test administration at every eligible school in contract states.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a business contact between schools, districts, and internal teams to address and resolve exceptions and/or escalated cases.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and act as an SAT and PSAT subject matter expert.
- Conduct proactive readiness outreach and lead required training sessions with schools and districts.
- Manage escalations and provide on-site support as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related work experience in K-12 educational technology, training, assessment industry, and/or K-12 school/county/central office experience.
- Demonstrated communication skills, including effective oral communication and concise writing skills.
- Experience developing and leading training workshops and webinars.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with AI Tools (Claude) to develop tactical solutions.
- Ability to navigate multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
