Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a child care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
