As the Director Assistant, you will work side-by-side with the Center Director to help run the school, support teachers, connect with families, and ensure every child experiences a safe, joyful, and enriching environment.

Job Summary
The Director Assistant supports the Center Director in the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. This role combines administrative responsibilities, staff support, and hands-on involvement in the school’s daily activities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred) 
  • Previous administrative or leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills
