Job Summary:
The Assistant Director manages, develops, and assesses programs and initiatives within Multicultural Student Affairs ("MSA"). MSA supports community engagement, personal growth, and leadership development for all students. In addition to programming and direct student support, the Assistant Director also serves as a resource to the university community on student development, informed by research, theory, and inclusive best practices. This role primarily engages undergraduate students and staff, with programs and initiatives that serve the broader Northwestern community.
Pay Range: The pay range for the Assistant Director of Multicultural Student Affairs is $62,000-64,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
