Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Disability Services, the Assistant Director - My Place Program provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the My Place Program: Enhanced Services for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
This position is responsible for creating a strategic vision for growth and development of the program, budget management, compliance, assessment, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures that all components of the program support the academic, social, and personal success of students served.
The incumbent also creates new program events and workshops, collects and reviews program data related to attendance, GPA, and retention rates, and develops supplemental materials to support program goals. Further, the Assistant Director - My Place Program regularly collaborates with the Associate Director of Disability Services - Special Programs on shared initiatives and provides primary supervision to undergraduate student workers, graduate assistants, and interns who provide student support, while maintaining a personal caseload of student mentees with higher support needs or escalated concerns.
This position requires the availability to work evening and weekend hours as needed.

The starting salary for this position is $54,83.00, based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work, subject to applicable organizational policies, operational requirements, and supervisory approval.
