This position is part of a dynamic, student-centric team that supports students in the Pan-American Life Student Success Center.

    • Maintains security of tests and materials by routinely inventorying materials, reviewing security procedures, ensuring secure storage, and returning materials to faculty and staff in a timely manner.
    • Consults with physicians, psychologists, and health care providers to clarify student documentation, and coordinates services with outside agencies as needed.
    • In the absence of the Director, oversees all professional and student staff and center operations, including purchases, complaints/grievances, and legal resource coordination.
    • Assists students with scheduling and canceling OAE exam appointments and connects them with Accessibility Coordinators.
    • Interacts professionally with faculty, staff, students, parents, prospective students, and alumni, accurately answering inquiries regarding the OAE via telephone, email, and in person.
    • Prepares necessary documentation of academic dishonesty as needed.
    • Compiles and prepares reports based on OAE activity and exams administered.
    • Manages daily administrative operations, including office supplies, testing rooms, and other office management duties as required.
