SALARY RANGE: $62,000 to $70,000
A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Administration, in the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders in the College of Public Health, will support a culture of high performance by performing multiple administrative functions requiring comprehensive knowledge, skills and experience. The incumbent will work closely with the department Chair and will be responsible for the efficient and strategic administration of the department and serve as the key liaison with external and internal constituencies on behalf of the Department Chair. The Assistant Director is expected to provide exemplary customer service to applicants, students, graduates, staff, faculty, and CPH leadership in coordinating resources, resolving issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s Degree and at least four years of directly related experience providing administrative support to senior management/executive administration. Must have experience managing departmental budgets.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
