Candidates should demonstrate the ability to teach coursework in algebra-based physics. The course contains both lecture and lab components with some flexibility for either complete in-person sessions or hybrid options. The ideal candidate will contribute to the College's mission by recruiting quality students through a variety of efforts including travel and correspondence with prospective students and their families.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining awareness of the campus programs of academic affairs, student development, retention, and athletics. n

    • Responsible for monitoring the prospects, inquiries, applications, acceptances, and deposited student numbers from the assigned responsibility area and determining the next best steps in the recruitment process of each prospective student.xa0 n
    • This position requires the ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight, and to work evenings and weekends as necessary and appropriate.xa0 n

    The Assistant Director of Admission plays a key role in welcoming future students to the college community and supporting the overall goals of the Admission Office. Working closely with the Director of Admission and the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Assistant Director helps support the day-to-day office operations and contributes to long-term planning and strategy.xa0

    This role includes managing a specific recruitment territory, which involves travel to high schools and college fairs, building relationships with students and families, and guiding them through every step of the admissions process--from initial interest to enrollment.xa0

    The Assistant Director of Admission will serve as the primary coordinator for the Student Ambassador Program, a key initiative designed to engage current students in the recruitment and campus visit experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training student ambassadors to serve as campus tour guides, event hosts, and peer representatives of the college. The Assistant Director will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and performance of ambassadors, provide ongoing mentorship and leadership development opportunities, and ensure that ambassadors effectively represent the college's values and culture.xa0

    Position Summary:xa0

    The Director of Dining Experience provides leadership and operational oversight for all front-of-house (FOH) components of the college dining program, including the dining hall, catering services, Cat's Pause, and LAB. This position co-directs the dining operation in partnership with the Director of Culinary Experience (BOH) to ensure seamless coordination between food production and service execution. The Director of Dining Experience is responsible or guest experience, FOH staffing, service standards, event execution, retail operations, and student engagement. This role plays a central part in creating a welcoming, student-centered dining environment that supports the mission of the College.xa0

    • Provide strategic leadership for all FOH dining operations across campus. n

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. n
    • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in dining, catering, or hospitality.xa0 n
    • ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 90 days). n
    • Experience in college or institutional dining is preferred. n
