Join the University of Florida as an Assistant Director of Admissions! Lead the Office of Admissions'''' Applicant Services team and oversee application processing for undergraduate, graduate, post-baccalaureate, professional, certificate, and special academic programs. In this key leadership role, you will manage admissions operations, foster strong partnerships across campus, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Admissions Operations
Oversee application processing for undergraduate, graduate, professional, post-baccalaureate, and certificate programs.
Manage application workflows, deadlines, document processing, and departmental referrals.
Conduct application reviews and support admissions policy development and implementation.
Monitor applicant communications and ensure accurate processing across admissions systems.

Staff Leadership & Management
Student & Stakeholder Support
Recruitment & Application Review
Strategic Planning & Special Projects
Expected Salary:
$65,000 annually
