| Overview: | Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Assistant Director for Alumni Engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and relationship-focused professional to help strengthen lifelong connections between the University and its alumni through innovative engagement strategies, meaningful volunteer experiences, and affinity-based programming. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement, the Assistant Director plays a key role in cultivating an engaged and connected alumni community by developing and managing alumni networks, affinity groups, and volunteer initiatives that foster pride, participation, and lasting relationships with Quinnipiac. The successful candidate will design and implement creative engagement opportunities, collaborate with campus partners, and oversee alumni benefit programs that deliver value to graduates while generating non-philanthropic revenue. As a valued member of the Advancement team, the Assistant Director will recruit, support, and recognize alumni volunteers, create programs that celebrate the diverse interests and experiences of Quinnipiac alumni, and identify opportunities to deepen alumni involvement and inspire philanthropic support.
