Overview
The Assistant Director of Employee Relations supervises and supports provides leadership to his or her assigned HR Managers and HR Generalis ts ensuring best practices on a wide range of employee relations issue s, including compliance with policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance on complex and challenging matters, and conducting investigations and preparing reports. Performs core human resources functions for all directly assigned programs. Manag es and completes specialized HR projects as assigned by the VP of Human Resources.

Qualifications
Typical Requirements:
A minimum of seven to ten yearsHR manager experience in high volume recruiting and employee relations environment, preferably in human services or multi-site service.
Minimum of five years' supervisory experience.
Preferred /Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
Driving Requirements:
Driving is not required.
Physical Effort:
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time as needed.
Ability to bend, reach, file, sit, stand and move around the facility.
Ability to speak, hear and communicate with persons served, staff and external representatives.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Required Credentials/Licenses:
PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
Pay Range
USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
