Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, construction management, data analytics, geography/GIS, urban planning, public administration, business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field. Master's degree in associated field, Certified Construction Manager, Professional Engineer License, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, preferred. Texas Class C driver's license, required. Six (6) years of experience required in Civil Engineering infrastructure program administration, public works maintenance, or asset management, including three years of management or supervisory experience in municipal or county government. Three additional years of experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree. Progressive managerial and supervisory experience is required.
