Assistant Director of Facilities Management- this is a full-time (40 hours), exempt position, onsite, located at our Vicente campus in San Francisco. Position Summary Assists Director of Facilities with overseeing all Edgewoods locations, nutrition services, Vicente campus reception and vehicle maintenance. Essential Functions Supervise Contractors and Vendors. Oversee and assist in ordering of supplies and processing of invoices. Assists Director of Facilities with developing and managing operational and capital budgets. Support staff by providing supervision, coordination of activities and resources, and ensuring awareness and adherence to all agency policies and procedures. Manage the facilities Service Now function so that all requests are prioritized and assigned resources. Oversee maintenance of AEDs in all locations. Ensure that staff skills and abilities are appropriately utilized. Work with Space Committee on moves during Facilities Directors absence. Assist Facilities Director to prepare for, maintain, and update Joint Commission requirements. Participate in the Health and Safety Committee during Facilities Directors absence. Assist Facilities Director with agency disaster response training. Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director in addition to the essential functions above. Core Competencies ? Ability to work independently and with a team including contractors, vendors, Edgewood staff, and officials. ? Able to complete tasks in a timely manner. ? Demonstrates knowledge of tools and equipment. ? Competent in Outlook, Word, Excel, Okta, and SharePoint. ? Demonstrates ability to communicate in a timely manner using email, phone, text, Teams, Zoom, and in person. ? Sensitivity to the cultural diversity of Edgewood staff and clients. Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities BA/BS preferred but can be substituted with direct facilities management experience. Specialized facilities management certification preferred BOMI, IFMA, or other. A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in facilities management, preferably in a non-profit organization. Salary Information The salary range for this position is: $90,000.00-$100,000.00.
