In this role, you will be overseeing all day-to-day operations of the property's food and beverage outlets. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a Front-of-House team of 50-60 Team Members, including 5 leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a large-scale and/or luxury hotel environment. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
