Responsible for the operational direction and administration of activities within the assigned departments and/or outlets within the Marketing division. Assist the divisional executive with the development and execution of the division's strategic plans.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Hire, train, develop, measure performance, and discipline of assigned leadership staff.
Oversee the execution of the division's operational plans in the assigned areas.
Monitor and control labor costs by ensuring adequate coverage based on business demands.
Ensure work performance standards, and team member development programs maximize the individual growth and development of staff.
Assists with establishing and maintaining a consistent brand image throughout promotional materials, advertising, events, etc.
Assists with providing creative direction to marketing team in development of materials and promotions.
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
