    Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON

    Job Summary:

    Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff to excellence.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the nursing department

    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

    • Lead and mentor the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care and support their professional development

    • Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

    • Participate in hospital-wide committees and task forces to advance the organization's goals and objectives

    • Provide education and training to staff members on policies, procedures, and regulations

    Requirements:

    • Current RN license in the state of [STATE]
