Unit: Internal Medicine Surgery

Location: Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY

Compensation: $150,000/year

Facility: Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY 11206

The Position:

Most nursing leadership roles demand 50+ hours and "on-call" chaos. You’ll lead the Internal Medicine Surgery department in the heart of Brooklyn, receiving a competitive $150,000 salary while maintaining the work-life balance that usually disappears at the Director level. If you are a seasoned RN leader looking to make a massive clinical impact without sacrificing your evenings, this is your next move.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and surgical staff to implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a decisive leader who understands the complexities of surgical services and knows how to inspire a team.

Education: One of the following prerequisites

  1. Master’s Degree in Nursing + 5 years of nursing experience (including 3 years in a supervisory or teaching role).
