Supports and promotes the philosophy, objectives, and standards of the nursing department.Assists Director in coordinating facility clinical interdisciplinary team and supervising the inter-disciplinary process.Reviews facility change of condition report daily and supervises/coordinates nursing services and care plan interventions.Reviews resident medical records as directed to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.Ensures corrective action has been completed on medical record audits and consultant reports.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment required; previous supervisory experience requiredNursing degree from accredited college preferred; graduation from approved RN program required.Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California.Must possess current valid CPR certification.Commitment to the company mission to consistently deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity, and to enrich every life we touch.
