Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (dependent on relevant experience)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing to join the leadership team at a 5-star, non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee staff education programs (orientation, in-service training, ongoing development).
- Lead and manage the Infection Control Program, including monitoring and prevention strategies.
- Evaluate resident care outcomes and quality standards; recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with staffing coverage to maintain appropriate care levels.
- Participate in on-call rotation with nursing leadership.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
- CPR/BCLS and IV certification required.
